What counts as a location?
Any place where your people work.
A location is any office, branch, plant, campus, store, hospital or site you add in TrustToSpeak. Each one can have its own QR code, its own committee and its own case manager.
- Your first location is included in the platform fee, usually your head office.
- Policies handled centrally, such as whistleblower, don't need extra locations.
- Small sites can share one location if a single committee covers them.
- Each extra location is ₹5,000 a year, and you can add or remove them whenever you need.

Pricing FAQ
How is the price worked out?
A platform fee of ₹12,000 a year covers everything for your first location. Each additional location adds ₹5,000 a year. So three offices cost ₹12,000 + 2 × ₹5,000 = ₹22,000 a year, plus GST.
Why do you charge per location and not per employee?
Because the work, and the law, is organised by location: each branch needs its own committee and its own way to report. Charging per employee or per complaint would penalise you for growing or for people speaking up. With per-location pricing, you never have a reason to limit either.
What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Paid annually, the platform fee is ₹12,000 a year and each additional location is ₹5,000 a year. Paid monthly, they're ₹15,000 and ₹6,500 a year, charged in monthly instalments (₹1,250 and about ₹542 a month). Paying annually saves you over 20%.
Are all features really included?
Yes. Every customer gets the full platform: all policies, unlimited employees, cases and committee members, multi-location, the evidence vault, the audit trail and every report. There are no add-ons or premium tiers.
Can we add or remove locations later?
Yes, at any time. Adding a location increases your bill proportionally, and removing one reduces it from your next billing period. Your data and audit history are never affected.
Is there a free trial?
We'll set up a private sandbox with your policies during your demo, so you can try the full flow with your own committee before you sign.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your cases and records before your subscription ends. After that, data is handled according to your retention settings, and anything under legal hold is preserved as the law requires.
