Tamper-proof QR tokens
The branch is encoded in a signed token, not a URL parameter. Nobody can edit a link to reroute a complaint to a different branch.
The POSH Act requires an Internal Committee at every office with 10 or more employees. TrustToSpeak turns that into a five-minute setup: add your locations, print a QR poster for each, and every report reaches the right branch committee, automatically and tamper-proof.
Scan to raise a POSH concern privately. Only the Pune Plant Internal Committee will see it.
Pune Plant · POSHHow it works
Name, code, address and timezone for each office, plant, campus or store. Existing data moves to "Head Office" automatically.
For each branch-handled policy, download a QR poster per location and put it up in break rooms, notice boards and lifts.
A scan opens the right form, with the branch sealed in. The case goes straight to that branch's committee.
Central or per-branch
Some policies belong to the branch; others must stay central. Every policy comes with a sensible default that your admin can change in one click.
Why whistleblower stays central: if a report is tagged to a small branch, the reporter's identity is narrowed to a handful of people. Keeping it central means there's no location step at all, so anonymity is preserved.
| Policy | Default | Why |
|---|---|---|
| POSH | Per location | IC required per branch or campus |
| Grievance | Per location | Local manager & committee |
| Disciplinary | Per location | Local proceedings |
| Onboarding | Per location | Branch HR owns joiners |
| Whistleblower | Central | Protects anonymity |
| Code of Conduct | Central | One ethics committee |
Regional visibility
Location scope is a dedicated access-control layer. Regional case managers and auditors see only cases from their assigned branches, admins see the whole organisation, and committee members see only the cases they're assigned to, wherever they sit.
Built in
The branch is encoded in a signed token, not a URL parameter. Nobody can edit a link to reroute a complaint to a different branch.
Configure one branch's committee setup, then clone it to the others in a few clicks instead of rebuilding each.
Case volumes, SLA health and outcomes by branch, building towards a POSH annual report for each Internal Committee.
One form and workflow per policy across all branches, so the process is consistent while the people stay local.
Complaints received in person? Internal users log them against the right location directly.
Existing customers get a "Head Office" location with all history attached, and nobody loses visibility on day one.
Questions
Because a dropdown can be wrong, by mistake or on purpose. Sealing the location into the QR code means the case always reaches the branch where the poster is, and reporters have one less thing to think about at a difficult moment.
They can use that branch's QR code or link, or raise it through a central policy such as whistleblower. Admins can also log a case directly against any location.
Yes. Committees and locations are many-to-many, so a regional committee can cover several sites below the 10-employee threshold while larger branches keep their own Internal Committee.
No. Forms and workflows are shared per policy so your process is consistent everywhere. Locations decide who handles a case and who can see it.
Everything is moved to a default "Head Office" location and every existing user keeps organisation-wide visibility. You then add branches at your own pace.
